Booking Terms & Conditions “The French Experiance” (12th-16th May 2027) 

 Booking - When you register for this event, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions.  

General - These general terms and conditions apply to agreements between Veronica L AB (hereinafter referred to as Veronica L) and the Participant (the person to whom this agreement applies). 

 Payment - Payment is made via Faktura or card (unless otherwise agreed), according to the instructions provided in the registration form. You pay 5000sek when booking and the full outstanding amount no later than the 1st April 2027. 

Cancellation, right of withdrawal and Refund - When you register for this event online, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of registration. 14 days after registration, the registration is binding, and no refund will be made. If, in the unlikely event that you are prevented from attending, you can transfer your place to another participant. This is something you are responsible for yourself. Please note that no exceptions are made in the refund policy. 

Cancelled events - If an event you have registered for and paid for is cancelled, a full refund will be made. 

Photos and video - When participating in this French exeperiance, Thrive may take photographs or make video recordings. Such photographs and videos may be used in social media and reproduced on the website, news, and information mailings and in other marketing. By participating in this French exeperiance, Veronica L requires that the Participant accepts the use of photo and video material for the above-mentioned purposes. If the Participant does not want to participate, please notify the event leader before the event and your wish will be honoured.  

Responsibility and disclaimer - All training/yoga/activities are at the Participant's own risk. Veronica L is not responsible for personal injury caused to the participant due to an accident or because of the actions or lack thereof of another member or guest. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that their health is such that they can participate in the activities they choose without risk.  

Insurance - When traveling to and participating in this event, it is your own responsibility to ensure that you have relevant travel and liability insurance, which is always recommended. Home insurance travel coverage often includes cancellation protection, which you are responsible for. 

Privacy Policy - The Participant's personal data is only managed by Veronica L and where necessary, by data processors, i.e. companies that enable veronica L to offer the Participant its services. A data processor is a company that processes personal data on behalf of Veronica L and according to Veronica L instructions. 

Force Majeure – Veronica L is not responsible for interruptions in the event due to circumstances beyond Veronica L, s control, such as water damage, fire damage or other damage to the event facility, strike, lockout, natural disaster, or government decisions.
